I’ve suffered depression for years and I’ve had to have the conversation with my MD of what’s more important to me, medication (giving me side effects such as major fatigue among other things 🙄 for years) or my fitness goals. I chose the latter. It may not be the best choice for everyone, but it’s what I prioritized. Although I still prioritize my therapy with my psychologist. THANK YOU for sharing!!
Its kinda sad how so many people are unsympathetic to those with depression. Gotta love the oh-so-helpful people who say "just SMILE, it will make you feel better".
