Leg extensions are NOT bad for your knees

No exercise has more mis-information about it than the leg extension. I don’t care what you have heard from the teenage fake natty broccoli head SARMS bro “experts”. Most “how to” videos for this video feature fake natties showing off with massive weights flinging the weight around. If you use full range of motion and lots of momentum on leg extensions you will destroy your knees. On the other hand, if you restrict the motion to the last 20 degrees of motion from straight to slightly bent and do it very slowly, its an awesome way to build the quad without putting any stress on the knees. In fact, when you do the exercise in this way it will look very similar to what the physical therapist will have you do after knee surgery. If you dont believe me, ask your physical therapist or your orthopedic surgeon.
