Common Sense Bodybuilding
For over 25 years I have been trying to bring common sense to bodybuilding, fitness, and health in an industry that loves fairy tales and pushing expensive, useless supplements. When I introduce myself to people, I tell them that I am an engineer who loves building airplanes because that is my passion. The fact that I have 600k subscribers on YouTube and many of them consider me to be their father figure is nice, but its not how I identify myself. Bodybuilding and fitness are simply a tool I use to be successful in life.
Every Monday I will give you food for thought about a fitness or bodybuilding topic that is a lot more complicated than those fake-natty stars of TikTok and Instagram claim. I am hoping to build a community who views bodybuilding and health as a lifestyle rather than a checkbox.
Please be prepared for hearing things you do not want to hear because I don’t candy coat shit. I don’t care if I piss you off, as long as it makes you re-examine what you think you know. I am also fine with you putting me in my place. Fitness, health, and bodybuilding is a lifelong education and although I have been into bodybuilding since 1982, I still keep learning.
