"No time" Home Workout

Mon

Chest: 3 sets of pushups (push-ups), as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Abs: Two sets of ab crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Cardio: jog, brisk walk, or bike for 20 minutes

Time Required - 30 minutes

Tue

Wed

Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups, as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets

Cardio: jog, brisk walk, or bike for 25 minutes

Time Required - 30 minutes

Thu

Fri

Cardio: jog, brisk walk or bike

Time Required - 30 minutes

Sat rest
Sun rest
